All orders are processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales, launches), processing times may be extended.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Once processed, orders typically ship within 5–7 business days via USPS or another designated carrier.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates range from 10–14 business days total (processing + shipping).
Tracking & Delivery Issues

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please:

Check your tracking number for shipping status.

Contact your local USPS or carrier if needed.

Incorrect or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to incorrect information or refusal, you will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
On-Demand Apparel & Accessories

All clothing and fashion items are made on-demand; therefore, we do not accept returns.

Exchanges are available only if sizing is incorrect, and the item is:

Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Requested within 7 days of delivery

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.
Digital Products & Intellectual Property
Due to the nature of digital content, ALL sales of digital downloads, eBooks, mentorship materials, custom templates, and intellectual property are final.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued once a digital product is purchased or accessed.

If you have trouble accessing your file or experience technical issues, contact us and we’ll be glad to assist.
Custom & Personalized Items

All customized apparel, designs, and faith-based creations are considered final sale.

We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders unless there is a verified error on our part (e.g., misspelling, incorrect size sent, etc.).
